Step 4: Grab that Chanel skirt Karl Lagerfeld just sent to your hotel room and put that bitch over Step 1 and 3. Finally, Step 5: (and ladies, only do step five if you don't wanna look like a hot tranny mess) Grab your a Vintage, but new from Maxfield's, sport coat, the blue one of course. Oh and this isn't a step, just common knowlegde, don't leave home without your Chanel Clutch. Where else you gonna stash that joint. And that's how you pull off the Markus Molinari.
